Want to take part in helping improve our understanding of what can really help you improve your mental health and well-being?

The University of Pennsylvania is running a few research projects which are open to everyone who might want to participate. For some of the studies (including the one I just signed up for) you may be asked to do some exercises, but for most you’ll just need to fill out some questionnaires. There’s another great carnival of all things related to the brain up at Brain Blogger, naturally enough called Brain Blogging. The focus of this carnival are posts “related to the brain and mind that go beyond the basic sciences into a more human and multidimensional perspective.” I’m included in this the 37th edition, but head over to check out the rest of the quality submissions.
